In order to select Chibi Fumiko in most ports, the player must first highlight Fumiko, then move the cursor twice to the right, past her second Shikigami option.
In the NAOMI version, The player must go to go to GAME TEST MODE and enter UP, DOWN, RIGHT, RIGHT, START2, START1, RIGHT, RIGHT, START2. A soft sound will play if the code is entered correctly. The code unlocks the "young Fumiko" option the game settings menu. Set to あり to enable selecting the character in-game.
