Shintaro Kuga (also known as Shin) is Kohtaro Kuga's older brother, who appeared in Shikigami no Shiro II as the final boss. He is the leader of the New World Order.
Shin resembles an older version of his brother with longer hair and similarly-colored eyes and hair. He wears a large white vest that surrounds his body, while underneath he wears a black fabric that covers his skin.
Although Shintaro does not make an appearance in Shikigami no Shiro III, he is referenced several times by the characters in the game, plus Batu Harai shares a similar outfit design, although the two characters are unrelated.
