Chibi Fumiko Odette Van Stein is an hidden alternative form of Fumiko Odette Van Stein from the second game in the Shikigami no Shiro series, the result of a spell gone badly awry. Aside from age difference, she is the exact same as her older counterpart, except her Shikigami attack is far more powerful.
To access Chibi Fumiko, move to the right twice on Fumiko's portrait in character select. On the arcade version, the "hidden character" option must be enabled from the service menu.
